Making Experiences Count: A new approach to responding to complaints
Health Chat is a new service helping patients to have a say about developments in the local health service.
Do you use primary health care in Hillingdon? (GP, dentist, optician, nursing services or therapists outside the hospital or a local pharmacy (chemist).
Did you know that there is a new scheme for GPs to commission services for their patients? It's called Practice Based Commissioning.
